Physical: Tall and somewhat chubby, but not a lot. She has brown hair cut into a bob with natural blonde-ish streaks and dark brown eyes. She prefers vintage sixties-and seventies type clothing, dresses and such.
Personality: Penny loves to sing, you'll usually hear her singing Beatles tunes at random times. She's friendly, but if she knows someone who she dislikes, she will tell them off when they insult her. She loves to read as well, and is an avid shopper.
History: Penelope(Penny) Lane was born in Liverpool on June 4, 1980 to Kevin and Bethany Lane, the second child out of three children. She was named after the Beatles song 'Penny Lane.' Since she was born muggle-blooded, her mother introduced her to the Beatles, and being born in Liverpool also gave her a sense of family, since the Lanes are very close. She didn't expect to get a letter from Hogwarts, but she was honored to be accepted to such a fine school.
Other: Penny is proud of her family, and will ignore insults about them. Her cat's name is Mo(After Maureen Cox, Ringo Starr's former wife).
